Dan’s practice concentrates in real estate, estate planning and estate probate. He has represented buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders, debtors and creditors, developers and investors. His practice often involves advising business owners and creating corporate entities. Dan also advises individuals and families in need of estate planning advice. Dan has helped many families navigate the Massachusetts probate process after the loss of a loved one. Dan was born and raised in the Lower Mills section of Dorchester Massachusetts and attended Boston College High School. He is a passionate Boston sports fan and enjoys golf, skiing and fishing in his free time. He also loves spending time with his five children and twelve grandchildren. Dan is active in many charitable efforts throughout the greater Boston area. Dan lives in Squantum, Massachusetts.

Brady’s practice concentrates in real estate. He has represented buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, borrowers and lenders, developers and investors. Brady also advises clients in estate planning and estate probate matters. Because of the nature of our real estate clients Brady also works in matters of Business Law and corporate formations. Brady was born and raised in Norwell, Massachusetts and attended Boston College High School. Brady enjoys spending time with his wife Diana, twin sons Graham and Henry and daughter Caroline. Brady is an active member of the south shore community and a member of the Weymouth Club and the Hingham Newcomers Club. His favorite places to visit are Nantucket Island and Palm Beach, Fl. Brady lives in Hingham, Massachusetts.

Andrea earned her B.S. from Northeastern University and her J.D. from New England School of Law. Attorney Elizabeth Vacca graduated Suffolk University Law School in 1995 and started practicing in the real estate department of a local law firm. Beginning her career in Middlesex County she went on to open an office in Worcester County before moving her practice to Norfolk County where she calls home. Elizabeth currently lives in the Squantum section of Quincy with her husband and four boys. She is a frequent spectator at Quincy youth sporting events and enjoys, running, yoga and a good book. McDevitt Law Group welcomes Timothy James as their new Senior Real Estate Paralegal. Timothy joined our firm in March of 2018 and brings over eleven years of real estate and title experience.

He is driven by his unyielding desire to help others who are enduring purchasing and making their biggest financial decision in buying their first house, commercial purchase, selling their house or who are looking to refinance. It is not the only driving force behind his strong work ethic, but a source of great satisfaction at the end. Most importantly, he will ensure that your closing whether it’s residential or commercial will go smoothly.

Timothy James has worked as a paralegal in a variety of fields since 2007.

Senior Real Estate Paralegal Timothy James areas of focus includes foreclosures, title curative, and title insurance.

Throughout his career, Timothy James has aimed to be helpful and responsive to the needs of clients alike, seeking a professional relationship based on trust and compassion.

Timothy is a dedicated paralegal and has a high level of organization; he also believes making sure he delivers one-hundred percent customer service to our firm and clients alike.
